Take MyPatientScheduler Offline

You can suspend all patient activity on your MyPatientScheduler service while allowing Frontdesk and Administrator accounts to function normally.

  1. Log in as an Administrator
  2. Click the System Status menu option
  3. Change the System Status option to "Offline"
  4. Update the standard offline greeting if you wish
  5. Click Save

While your MyPatientScheduler service is offline, all patient activity will be re-directed to the patient homepage with the Offline Message displayed.

Administrator and Frontdesk dashboard users will see a visible indicator on every page indicating the system is offline.
