Take MyPatientScheduler Offline |

You can suspend all patient activity on your MyPatientScheduler service while allowing Frontdesk and Administrator accounts to function normally.
- Log in as an Administrator
- Click the System Status menu option
- Change the System Status option to "Offline"
- Update the standard offline greeting if you wish
- Click Save
While your MyPatientScheduler service is offline, all patient activity will be re-directed to the patient homepage with the Offline Message displayed.
Administrator and Frontdesk dashboard users will see a visible indicator on every page indicating the system is offline.
