How to Disable Automated Voice Calls to a Patient
Some patients may not want to receive automated Voice Calls from your office reminding them of their appointments or asking for a confirmation. MyPatientScheduler allows the FrontDesk Administrator to disable Voice Calling on a patient by patient bases.
To Disable Voice Calling for a Patient:
- Navigate to the patient record you wish to disable Voice Calls for.
- Uncheck the VoiceReminders? checkbox.
- Save your changes.
