What is a Pending Appointment? |

When your Patients make on-line appointments with MyPatientScheduler., they are actually making a request for an appointment. These appointment requests are queued up in the system until they are processed or Book by a Frontdesk user.
If your system has Pending Appointments, you will see a link on your Home page telling you how many are in need of processing.
