How Do I Change My Frontdesk Password

You should change your Frontdesk password immediately upon setup of your MyPatientScheduler Service.

To change the Frontdesk user's password, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Frontdesk account you wish to change the password for
  2. Click the My Profile menu option
  3. Click the Reset Password link near the bottom of the page
  4. Enter your new password and click the Update Password button
