Print a note on your patient bills or statements letting the know about MyPatientScheduler. If your office has the MyPatientScheduler Online Payment module, but sure to let them know your office accepts payments online through their MyPatientScheduler account.
Print a link to your MyPatientScheduler service on your appointment reminder cards.

Add the following to your normal business processes to make your patients aware of your online services and encourage them to use them.

While your patient is in the chair, ask if they know about your website and/or online appointment services.
