Patients automatically receive email reminder/confirmation request emails and can confirm appointments with the click of the mouse. The average email confirmation rate is nearly 70%! Also available are automated telephone and SMS text message confirmations, which can push automated confirmation rates into the 90% range.

Patients access your MyPatientScheduler services using the Patient Dashboard. Once logged in, they can manage appointments for themselves or any family member. Your Patient Dashboard can integrated into your website, or accessed separately. Most customers provide a link on their website to their MyPatientScheduler Patient Dashboard to help direct patients.
